Webinar Details
Course Description
This webinar will explore how to perform a risk-based segregation of duties review using a process-first methodology. Rather than beginning with system roles and permissions, participants will learn how to identify where incompatible duties exist within a business process, evaluate the risks created by those conflicts, and assess whether preventive or detective controls sufficiently mitigate exposure.
The webinar will also distinguish risk-based reviews from in-depth access reviews, highlighting when each approach is appropriate and how to document conclusions in a manner that meets SOX and audit expectations.
