Course Description

In this webinar, Herb Rubenstein and Matthew Briggson will explore real-world corporate case studies where failures in ethics led to significant fines and penalties, criminal charges, and in some cases, the downfall of entire companies. As we navigate each case study in a conversational setting, we will discuss the implications of the ethical issues or fraud that took place and explain how these cases could have been prevented with better leadership, controls, and ethical standards.
