Course Description

This presentation will focus on how to identify potential ‘weak links’ in your company, providing best practice recommendations on conducting health checks, both for finding the gaps in technology, processes, and people, and for using these discoveries to drive organizational improvement.

With the dynamic nature of global markets and technological improvements, every business has opportunities to improve their performance. Knowing where to invest limited resources, however, can be a challenging strategic decision, especially if current organizational strengths and weaknesses are not well understood.

Through conducting risk assessments – whether internally or with trusted partners – we can quantify the areas for enhancement, allowing us to prioritize our roadmap based on a balance between scope of impact and speed to result.  As part of an ongoing improvement plan, we can regularly drive feedback on the effectiveness of our actions, ultimately leading to a more resilient company.
