Join us for a special Lunch & Learn webinar with Mike Pritchard, CPA and CFO at ACE Scholarships to learn about the new Education Freedom Tax Credit, a federal incentive designed to expand access to K–12 scholarships. Beginning in 2027, eligible taxpayers may receive a tax credit of up to $1,700 for contributions to Scholarship Granting Organizations (SGOs).
In this session, CPAs will get a practical overview of how the credit works, who may benefit, and how organizations like ACE Scholarships administer scholarship programs.

Mike Pritchard, the current CFO at ACE Scholarships and former CFO at Volunteers of America Colorado, has a distinguished career in the nonprofit sector. He previously oversaw a $46 million annual budget nonprofit, Volunteers of America Colorado, where he played a pivotal role in transforming the lives of over 100,000 vulnerable Coloradans annually through a diverse array of human service programs.
Mike's extensive experience spans finance, information technology, and development, with notable contributions to organizations such as the University of Colorado Foundation, Goodwill Industries of Denver, Mile High United Way, Family Tree, Rocky Mountain MS Center, and Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver.
