ACE is a Denver, Colorado-based 501(c)(3) founded in 2000. ACE has a direct impact in the lives of children from low-income families in Colorado, Montana, Louisiana, Kansas, Missouri, Texas, Wyoming, Arkansas, New Mexico, Utah, Delmarva, and Mississippi.
Our vision is that every child in America has equal access to a quality education.

Mike Pritchard, the current CFO at ACE Scholarships and former CFO at Volunteers of America Colorado, has a distinguished career in the nonprofit sector. He previously oversaw a $46 million annual budget nonprofit, Volunteers of America Colorado, where he played a pivotal role in transforming the lives of over 100,000 vulnerable Coloradans annually through a diverse array of human service programs.
Mike's extensive experience spans finance, information technology, and development, with notable contributions to organizations such as the University of Colorado Foundation, Goodwill Industries of Denver, Mile High United Way, Family Tree, Rocky Mountain MS Center, and Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver.
