Philip brings over thirty-five years of consulting and industry experience with a specific focus on planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytics assessment efforts, digitally enabled business process transformation, and optimizing technology investments to enable superior performance. He has led numerous process improvement and finance transformation projects for global companies across various industries that span data governance and decision analytics, scorecard development and implementation, management reporting and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, information management business requirements, and business transformation roadmap development.  Mr. Peck is a frequent speaker on planning and performance management subjects and a recognized industry thought leader.  He currently serves on the FP&A Advisory Council for the Association for Financial Professionals (AFP). 

Prior to working for Peloton, Philip led the Performance Management Practice for the Palladium Group.  He was also a key leader in the Planning and Performance Management Group for Answerthink Consulting.  Prior to entering consulting, Philip worked in various business planning, finance, strategy, and sales operations capacities for Chicago area companies including Océ-USA, Ameritech, Apollo Travel Services, and RR Donnelley & Sons. 

He holds degrees In Industrial Management from Purdue University and a Master of Management from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
