Jennifer Elder, CSP, CPA, CMA, CIA, CFF, CGMA helps financial leaders become more strategic, stay ahead of the competition, and be more successful. 

Jennifer has a track record of success helping organizations develop a business strategy to rise above the herd, capture their market, and be consistently successful and profitable.  For more than 25 years, Jennifer has been speaking and consulting for organizations in all 50 states and 9 countries.  Her clients include privately held companies, not-for-profits, trade associations, the Fortune 500, and state and Federal governments.

In addition to being a CPA, Jennifer is also a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), and Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF).  She holds a masters degree in organizational management from Antioch New England.

As a consultant and keynote speaker Jennifer is known for being energetic and enthusiastic.  She has a natural talent for taking complicated topics and making them simple, practical, and immediately implementable. 

CPA Practice Advisor named Jennifer one of the Top 25 Women in Accounting in 2018.  The AICPA and MACPA named her a “Woman to Watch” in 2015. She has been awarded Outstanding Educator by the AICPA five times. 

In 2018, Jennifer earned the designation of Certified Speaking Professional (CSP).  She is one of only 10 people worldwide who hold both the CPA and CSP designations.

When not teaching, she is either on her boat on Chesapeake Bay or skiing the slopes of New Hampshire with her husband and two cats (no, the cats don’t ski!).
