Prior to joining SOAProjects in 2021, Jeff spent 30 years in PwC’s Assurance Practice, including 15 years as a Partner with the Firm and two National Office tours. From 2015 to 2018 he was selected and served a National Office tour as PwC’s SEC Services Technology Industry Portfolio Lead Partner, responsible to bring the highest level of GAAP technical accounting and SEC knowledge and experience to a large number of PwC’s public company clients in the technology industry. 

Jeff brings a broad range of skills and perspectives to his clients but specializes in advising and assisting those that need consultation in the preparation of registration statements to be filed with the SEC, whether for M&A transactions, IPOs, equity financings or 144A documents with “flip” or future registration rights, as well as ASC 606 among other areas. His experience at PwC also included advising Life Sciences companies as part of San Jose’s Life Sciences & VC industry group.
