Craig Clay is a dynamic, growth-oriented executive specializing in mission-critical document and information management who has built, managed, integrated and transformed highly successful services and outsourcing businesses.

Currently, he leads and motivates teams globally in the largest division of Donnelley Financial Solutions, Inc. (NYSE: DFIN), a leading global risk and compliance solutions company. DFIN provides domain expertise, enterprise software and data analytics for every stage of our clients’ business and investment life cycles.

Prior to this, he served as senior vice president at R.R. Donnelley leading the Global Capital Markets and Legal Process Outsourcing business. Before joining the company, he was a financial analyst at American Eurocopter, a subsidiary of Aerospatiale.

Craig received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University and earned a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University. He serves as a trustee for Big Brothers Big Sisters of New York City and as a board member for Peloton Document Solutions, LLC.
