Now is an excellent time to reconsider R&D credits for all eligible companies. Due to the One Big Beautiful Bill (OBBB) Act, the tax treatment of domestic R&D has become more valuable, and companies have new tax planning decisions to make related to R&D expenditures. If your organization is developing or improving products, processes, software, or technology then they may be eligible to claim the credit.
