While many define the scope of burnout to “workplace” burnout, another point of view is with the integration of life and work, and 24/7 technology access, the scope of burnout has expanded into all areas of our lives, with our many roles, and can compound the “always on” feeling.
Burnout creeps up on you – it doesn’t happen overnight. In this webinar, learn more about burnout and the red flags on the road to burnout. You will also learn practical tips and experience live practices to help you develop a foundation of wellbeing that help prevent burnout, which you can apply with your loved ones and your teams.
