The BTA Advisory Team is back to help provide CPAs with a solid understanding of estate planning concepts. In this session, we will take a closer look at various types of trusts and their asset protection and tax-related attributes.

- Recognize the basics of irrevocable trust planning
- Recognize the tax reporting requirements of trust structures

Mark Ziebold formed the Ziebold Law Group to offer personalized planning solutions which are unique to the needs of the client and to offer a level of service that most clients have not experienced in their prior legal engagements.
