In this course, Rob Stephens, CPA will show you how a KPI dashboard can cut through the clutter of numbers so that an organization can monitor the most important measures of its success. He will explain how business leaders can quickly see if they need to make changes or celebrate successes. You will also learn how each KPI can help assess whether the business is achieving its business strategy.
