Course Description
The AICPA code of conduct and IRS Circular 230 standards have strict rules to consider when performing work for new clients. In this course, Steven Dilley, JD, PhD, CPA will explore the multitude of issues when taking on a new client and walk through these rules using three sets of ethical rules. The course will include a case study illustration of how to bring the new client into ethical and financial/tax compliance.
