Course Description

This course is designed to meet the 2 hour CR&R requirement of the Colorado State Board of Accountancy.  The course overviews Colorado’s Accountants Practice Act and examines in depth  CCR 705-1 : RULES OF THE STATE BOARD OF ACCOUNTANCY. It also covers Colorado State Board of Accountants Policies updates. Note: This course was last updated in June 2022.

    Patricia McCarthy

    Patricia has been in training for over 20 years and her client list includes the Indiana CPA Society, who awarded her their Outstanding Discussion Leader award. She has been a contributor to the Journal of Accountancy and has published articles in several CPA Society magazines, including Indiana, Missouri, Texas and Arizona. Patricia is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross and also holds an M.B.A. from Babson College. She was a full-time MIS Lecturer in Butler University’s School of Business for six years and has taught at several of Indiana’s other universities. She also has an extensive business background in audit and financial functions.
