Vanessa Li is a Senior Manager in Connor Group’s Technical Accounting team in the DC office. She has over 10 years of combined public accounting and industry experience, mainly in audit services, technical accounting, operational accounting, and financial reporting. She has developed technical knowledge of software capitalization, revenue recognition, new lease standard, convertible debt, debt refinance, stock-based compensation, and business combination.​ ​ 

Prior to joining Connor Group, Vanessa worked for CliftonLarsonAllen in the audit practice primarily with private companies in various industries. After that, she worked as the Accounting Director for a health-tech company in the DC metro area. Vanessa is a Certified Public Accountant in Maryland.
