Ursula is a Partner in Connor Group's Financial Operations (FinOps) practice. Ursula has over 20 years of consulting, direct industry and Big 4 experience in finance & accounting, strategy, business process improvement, financial operations and organizational effectiveness. Ursula has led projects related to process optimization, finance transformation and performance management in an effort to improve performance, reduce inefficiencies, improve controls and enhance the overall operations of finance organizations. Before joining Connor Group, Ursula was a consulting CFO with Ravix Group, working with early stage companies to guide all aspects of their finance function, including establishing accounting systems and processes to ensure the effectiveness of their organization’s controls, creating relevant metrics and associated analyses to provide more strategically valuable information to management.
