Shaishav Dave is Assistant VP with QXAS, with over 7 years experience in providing CPAs with most suitable outsourcing model offered by QX. He is a qualified CPA in the US (awaiting his license), experienced Chartered Accountant, and Information Systems Auditor with 7+ years of experience in US Accounting & Tax. He is a results-oriented individual who applies his critical thinking skills & diverse experience in accounting to identify key strategic initiatives and to execute them within predetermined turnaround time. His immense knowledge in property management, US Payroll, business and individual tax preparation and trucking company accounting gives him an edge in operations. His resource management skills help QX in efficient resource allocation especially during tax season to ensure a faster turnaround time. He actively involves himself in training Accountants and keeps the QXAS staff updated on all statutory amendments.
