Roslyn Lo, MAI is a Managing Director at Empire Valuation Consultants and a designated member of the Appraisal Institute. Her background includes leading the New York City real estate valuation practice at a top‑20 national public accounting firm and working with one of New York’s largest independent appraisal firms.

Roslyn has extensive experience valuing a wide range of commercial property types as well as complex assets such as affordable housing properties, air rights, container terminals, and master‑planned developments, for purposes including financial reporting, audit support, financing, tax matters, litigation, and strategic planning. She also has significant expertise in purchase price allocations under ASC 805. She holds a B.A., cum laude, in Rhetoric and Global Cultures from Binghamton University and is based in New York City.
