Rochelle is a Partner in Connor Group’s Technical Accounting and IPO Services practice managing client engagements such as IPO/SPAC readiness, the S-1/S-4 filing process, preparation of Regulation S-X compliant financial statements and providing assistance on a variety of technical accounting issues. Rochelle has experience in multiple industries, including life sciences, financial services, real estate and consumer products. Prior to Connor Group, Rochelle worked at Deloitte & Touche, LLP most recently leading their Southern California Accounting & Reporting Advisory Services division and also served in their global offering services practice in London, U.K. and their National Office Accounting Consultation practice in San Francisco, CA. Rochelle also has experience in building and leading accounting policy and financial reporting departments at Healthpeak Properties, Inc., an S&P 500 company, and Pacific Life Insurance Company, a Fortune 500 company. Rochelle is a Certified Public Accountant in California, and she received a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from Biola University.
