He has over 10 years of experience in automation and technology implementations and is an accomplished leadership professional with management experience in Customer Service, Business Operations and Business Process Development.  For the past 8 years, Richard has been architecting complex processes and helping companies grow on the NetSuite platform. He has worked with businesses from startups to fortune 500 and 100 companies to optimize supply chain, distribution and manufacturing operations and gain real-time insights into key metrics to help them grow at a rapid pace.
