Mike Lemus is a Subject Matter Expert for Donnelley Financial Solutions (DFIN), a leading provider of software and technology-enabled financial regulatory and compliance solutions in the United States. He provides insights and perspective into the financial reporting process for both private and publicly traded companies to maximize the value of DFIN’s ActiveDisclosure reporting software. Mike utilizes his fifteen years of experience in public accounting and financial reporting to communicate best practices and to provide reporting teams with process improvements. He also serves as a liaison with DFIN’s product team and organizational thought leaders to develop software functionality and to update company representatives with current industry knowledge and application. Mike holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Florida and has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2007.
