Matt helps accounting firms build alignment, connect with each other in meaningful ways and raise their consistent performance level. He does this through evidence based practice management consulting, group facilitation and individual coaching.

Matt has spent over a decade in accounting firms as a business valuation and litigation expert. He has also a deep background coaching high performing leaders in technical disciplines, facilitating owner agreement and leading engaging workshops.

He was named a “40 Under 40” honoree by the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) & Consultants’ Training Institute (CTI) in 2016. When he’s not talking shop, Matt can be found outdoors with his kids, reading a book or doing a bootcamp workout.
