Since founding Echelon Management in 1990, Mark Faust has served as a growth advisor to hundreds of companies, CEOs, and owners, delivering keynotes and strategic sessions for organizations seeking to accelerate growth, drive innovation, and lead successful turnarounds.

Mark has worked directly with Fortune 500 CEOs, high-growth entrepreneurs, and over 60 multi-generational family-owned businesses, including many in their third generation or beyond. He is known by many as “The Doctor of Strategy”, and is regarded as one of the nation’s top minds in growth and turnaround leadership.

Mark earned the Professional Member designation of the National Speakers Association in his first year of membership. He is the author of two highly regarded books:
• Growth or Bust! Proven Turnaround Strategies to Grow Your Business—a Barnes & Noble business bestseller, and
• High Growth Levers—a practical guide for improving strategy, culture, and innovation, published by Pelican Press.

He has advised global leaders such as P&G, IBM, Monsanto, Apple, Syngenta, Bayer, and John Deere, as well as small and mid-sized firms, government agencies, and non-profits. He has also served as an interim COO, VP of Sales, board advisor, and adjunct professor at both the University of Cincinnati and Ohio University.

And on a more personal note—Mark has earned the nickname “Dr. Faust” for another reason entirely. On two occasions, when the midwife was late and his wife Julie was early, he successfully delivered two of their five children at home—solo!
