Lalita is an Integration Coach and the Founder of Inviting Integration. Believing others knew what was best for her, she ignored her high-school aspirations of becoming a therapist and instead embarked on a 25-year career in financial services, social impact, and employee engagement. Now, she has returned to her initial passion for supporting others with a twist. As an Integration Coach, she partners with both people and organizations committed to their high-potential people to integrate all that is important to them for sustainable impact and enhanced fulfillment. Her coaching approach, Integration with a Foundation of Wellbeing, was born through her life and work experiences. Lalita spent the first five years of her career in research, risk management, and corporate banking working with organizations including Commerzbank and Credit Suisse First Boston. She went on to complete her MBA, and then landed her “dream job” as an investment banker at a leading global financial institution, only to experience burnout within 6 months. Through her journey of recreation, her 8 Pillars of Wellbeing were unofficially born, lived, and integrated into her being.
For the next 17 years, Lalita embraced a career in social impact and employee engagement with organizations including Credit Suisse and Acumen. She also worked to uncover the purpose and values of a collaborative of private funders. Always curious about what motivates individuals to be fulfilled in life and work holistically, and how to set them up to thrive, Lalita enjoyed partnering with HR, D&I, and Wellbeing teams to explore interventions that help employees stay engaged. During the COVID pandemic, she recognized the opportunity to follow her calling and train as a coach, while integrating all that is important to her. Lalita holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a bachelor’s degree from Ithaca College. She is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and an Energy Leadership Index Assessment Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). She is a practitioner of mindfulness and yoga and enjoys sharing her learnings with others.
