Kim is a Director in Connor Group’s Strategic Markets practice. Kim has over 15 years of public accounting experience and has served a variety of companies in the technology, consumer products and manufacturing industries on a multitude of topics, including business combinations, stock-based compensation, consolidations, SEC reporting matters, and general accounting matters as well as the differences between IFRS and US GAAP. Prior to joining Connor Group, Kim worked for International Game Technology PLC as the Senior Director of Financial Reporting. Before IGT, Kim worked for Ernst & Young in their Technical Accounting Advisory Group providing assistance to companies in various industries on a multitude of projects, including acquisition accounting, share based payment projects, consolidation projects, initial public offerings, debt offerings, carve out projects and accounting policy projects. Prior to EY, Kim worked in the Assurance practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Kim graduated with a BA in Accounting from Assumption College and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts and New York.
