Kelly provides technical accounting services to private and publicly-traded companies in consumer business and technology industries in a variety of areas, including new standards implementation, accounting for business combinations and complex transactions, and preparing clients for initial public offerings through IPO readiness services. She has extensive experience with equity financing, stock-based compensation, revenue recognition under ASC 606, lease accounting under ASC 842, SEC reporting and compliance. Kelly Huang holds an active CPA license in California.
