Justina Brown is a Director at Connor Group, adept at optimizing monthly close activities and processes, financial statement consolidation and preparation, process documentation and SOX internal controls. Her most recent engagements have involved leading first year PCAOB-standard audit readiness, SOX implementation, and daily accounting operations with internal Connor Group consulting teams spanning 3-4 service lines and client resources while at times acting as the clients’ interim controller. Her interim corporate controller work has also included experience leading clients through significant rounds of VC and PE financing and IPOs.
