Erika joined AvidXchange in 2015 as a payment specialist and has since held various roles including Care Support Specialist for Buyer, Supplier, and product-related inquiries. She also handles onboarding new clients while meeting the operational needs of her internal team. Erika has extensive knowledge of the features and functionality of the AvidXchange platform. In her recent role with AvidXchange, Erika managed complex sales engagements, providing valuable insight into client needs. As a Senior Solutions Consultant, Erika now focuses on helping companies streamline accounts payable operations and create efficiencies through automation and best practices.
