Dave is a Senior Manager in Connor Group’s Technical Accounting practice. He is a Certified Public Accountant in NY with over 7 years of combined consulting and industry experience. Dave specializes in helping companies apply GAAP to complex transactions, including divestitures, acquisitions, and IPOs. Additionally, he has consulted in technical accounting issues such as ASC 606 implementation, debt-equity, SEC reporting, audit preparation, and management experience.​ 

Prior to joining Connor Group, Dave worked at PwC, RSM, and in industry where his work focused on external audit, transaction support, technical accounting, external financial reporting, financial modeling, FP&A, and issue-based consulting.​ ​

Dave resides in New Jersey. He graduated from the Pennsylvania State University at University Park with a Master and Bachelor of Accountancy and Minor in Legal Environment of Business.
