Dan is a Partner with over 15 years of experience providing accounting, auditing, management advisory and transaction services to public and private companies of all sizes across multiple industries, including life sciences, technology, healthcare and consumer products. Dan is based in San Diego and supports CFGI’s growing West Coast practice.

Dan’s expertise spans multiple areas critical to our clients, and his advice is sought by public and private companies ranging from development stage to Fortune 500. He has led numerous engagement teams in completing audit readiness, initial public offerings, equity and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and complex accounting projects.

Prior to joining CFGI, Dan built an accounting services practice in San Diego focusing on investor backed growth companies. Before starting his own firm, Dan spent a combined 10 years with EY and KPMG in the forensic and audit departments.

Dan is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from California Polytechnic State University.
