Catherine is a Director in Connor Group’s Technical Accounting and IPO Services practice providing her clients with assistance on complex technical accounting issues and helping them through the S-1 filing process. Catherine has extensive experience with revenue recognition, stock-based compensation, complex debt and equity arrangements, public and private financial statements and SEC filings. 

Prior to working at Connor Group, Catherine was in the audit practice at PwC spending time in their Toronto, Canada and London, England offices. Catherine graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University in Canada and is a Chartered Accountant.
