Brad Brown is an entrepreneur and organizational builder who has spent more than 17 years launching and scaling domestic and international companies. After earning degrees in Real Estate and Management from the University of South Carolina and a Master of Divinity from Duke University, Brad and his wife launched Freedom Global—an international nonprofit that has created over 400 jobs and provided 77.7 million hours of education, counseling, and Christian discipleship opportunities for families in poverty in Kenya. 

He later founded Rockefeller Realty, a multi-state real estate and property management company, before launching Hire Impact Outsourcing—an organization that equips businesses, churches, and nonprofits across the U.S. with highly skilled remote professionals from Kenya. Through leading multiple organizations across different sectors, Brad has developed deep expertise in strategic planning, team building, and leveraging staff outsourcing to reduce costs, increase capacity, and accelerate growth. He brings a practical, real-world perspective on how organizations can scale sustainably by using global talent.
