Athena is a Director in Connor Group’s Technical Accounting group, providing assistance to clients with technical accounting issues, IPO readiness and the S-1 filing process. Athena has extensive experience with lease accounting, revenue recognition, stock-based compensation, complex debt and equity arrangements, business combinations, public and private financial statements preparation, and SEC filings. Prior to joining Connor Group, Athena was in the audit practice at Ernst & Young spending time in their San Francisco and Toronto, Canada offices. Athena graduated from McGill University and a Chartered Professional Accountant (Ontario, Canada).
