Alicia has been with Robert Half for 16 years.  She started her career with Officeteam in the Troy, Michigan branch and was a President’s Club winner and became a Senior Staffing Manager.  She then transferred to Accountemps as a Division Director and earned a Chairman’s Club award as the #1 leader in the world before moving to Grand Rapids to become the Branch Manager over Officeteam, Accountemps, Salaried Professional Services, Management Resources and Robert Half Finance and Accounting.  She achieved multiple President Club awards in Grand Rapids and helped the branch to achieve several all-time highs.  In May of last year she took on the Metro Market Manager role and was responsible for the Kalamazoo branch until May of this year when she was promoted to Regional Manager over Lansing, Kalamazoo and Grand Rapids operations for professional staffing services. 

Alicia lives in Ada with her husband Steve and her two sons, Jack and Ben.  They love to travel, golf and ski as a family.
