Alicia Johnsen is the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition Operations at BILL. Since joining BILL in 2021, she's been instrumental in creating and scaling BILL's recruitment infrastructure, and driving strategic operational  recruitment initiatives. Alicia established and currently oversees BILL's contingent worker program, including 1099 workers, to streamline BILL's management, optimization, and compliance in connection with BILL's flexible labor and strategic staffing resources.
