Our Presenters

Alec is a Manager in Connor Group’s Technical Accounting and IPO practice. He has experience in preparing technical accounting memorandums on complex financial transactions and the implementation of new accounting guidance. Additionally, Alec has experience preparing SEC-compliant financial statements for both domestic and foreign issuers.

Prior to joining Connor Group, Alec was a Senior in Ernst & Young’s Financial Accounting Advisor Services (FAAS) group, where he focused primarily on helping Fortune 500 companies successfully implement ASC 842, Leases. Alec has also worked as a research assistant at the Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB). At the GASB, Alec assisted teams on preparing Board memorandums and stakeholder presentations, as well as conducting research on emerging issues in state and local government finance.

Alec holds an active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in New York State and is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo (UB).
