We are thrilled to welcome Glenn Dunlap as Encoursa's newest presenter. Glenn is the Founder and CEO of Peerview Data, a client analytics and advisory platform for CPAs. Glenn's career has revolved around forecasting and modeling. Before starting Peerview Data, he was in a role helping  business leaders with debt and equity placements. He recognized a need for better data sources to help business owners and advisors make more informed decisions. 

While most anyone can recognize opportunities for technology platforms, Glenn got to work on a proof of concept. He approached 15 professional services companies at the outset, gathering historical financial data and aggregating it in a way to provide benchmarking insights. Upon seeing the concept in action, Glenn's testers became early adopters.

Glenn is a true believer in enhancing client conversations with ratios and metrics. He "geeks out" when business owners are able to look at their data alongside relevant benchmarks and gain insights into the strengths and opportunities of their organization. He is excited to see CPAs get excited about the possibilities of bringing data-driven insights to their clients.

For many clients, data-driven conversations turn into operational improvements. Forecasts take on new meaning when guided by industry benchmarks. Advisors gain confidence in facilitating forward-looking conversations when aided by reliable data.
